When will I receive my medication?

Because your prescription is being prepared specially for you per your doctors instructions, please allow 1 - 2 business days for processing. If you do not receive your medication within 24 hours of confirming your address, please contact us. We cannot ship your medication until you confirm your address.

Will this prescription be covered by my insurance?

Spectra Specialty will try to bill the prescription through the insurance you provided to your doctor. The amount covered depends on your individual health insurance plan.
